Weekly Training

  • I will publish my weekly training results on this page. Hopefully a way to keep me motivated to do them over the year. Onwards to CDR 2014.
  • 22/09/13-29/09/13:
    3x( 5 -3 rest-3 hard-1 rest-1 hard- 30 sec rest- 30 sec hard)/ 55 easy/ Off/ 40 Easy/ 4×15 min/ 85 easy/ 80 LSD
  • 16/09/13-22/09/13:
    40 min easy/Off, sore and tired./ 60  min @faster than LSD + core work/ Off, feeling lethargic/ 40 min easy + Core/ 45 min cruise + core/ 80 min easy + weight room
